EVAN EASTON-CALABRIA
Co-Editor-in-Chief
Evan holds an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford. She previously worked in Kampala, Uganda, co-developing grassroots refugee livelihoods training and integration-oriented artistic workshops with urban refugees. She has worked as a research assistant for the Humanitarian Innovation Project at the Refugee Studies Centre and for a Toyota Foundation project on big data and UK civil society at the Centre on Migration, Policy and Society (COMPAS). She is a research mentor for the student think tank OxPolicy, and currently completing archival research on refugee livelihoods between 1919 and 1979.
NINA ELIZABETH WEAVER

Nina is the Promotion & Finance assistant for the Forced Migration Review and interim Project Coordinator for the Humanitarian Innovation Project at the Refugee Studies Centre. She holds an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford. Previously, Nina was an Education Research and Innovation Intern for Save the Children UK. She is interested in the policy and theoretical implications of education and forced migration, with a focus on East Africa. Nina is also an editor for the Firsthand Monitor section of OxMo.
JENNY BARRETT

Jenny began studying for a DPhil in the Department of International Development at the University of Oxford in 2013. Her research focuses on immigration enforcement practices in the United Kingdom. She holds an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford (distinction) and an MA in International Relations from the University of St Andrews (first class honours).
DEBORA GONZALEZ TEJERO

Debora currently works as a consultant at the International Organization for Migration in Geneva. Her work in the Department of Operations and Emergencies supports the Global Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) Cluster and IOM’s Preparedness and Response Division. She holds an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Politics and International Business from the University of Liverpool. Her interest in refugee and migration issues arose through volunteer work with Amnesty International UK and Student Action for Refugees.
ROXANI ROUSHAS

Following her undergraduate studies in economics and politics, Roxani went on to complete an MSc in Migration Studies at the University of Oxford in 2013. Since then, she has interned in education and culture issues at the European Commission in Brussels. Her Master’s dissertation on the far right Golden Dawn party in Greece has been published as an International Migration Institute/COMPAS working paper.
NATH GBIKPI

After graduating in Development Studies and Politics at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in 2012, Nath completed her MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies at the University of Oxford in 2013. She is now working as a paralegal in a law firm specialised in immigration and asylum law. She is also enrolled in a distance-learning law degree, that she hopes to complete by June 2015.
KATHERINE REHBERG

Katherine has worked with refugees and displaced communities in Egypt, Kenya, Malaysia, Thailand, Uganda and the United States. She is interested in the politics of humanitarian programming and gaps in legal and social protection mechanisms for refugees and migrants, particularly in the global South. Katherine holds a BA in International Affairs with concentrations in public health and international economics from The George Washington University, and an MSc in Refugee and Forced Migration Studies from the University of Oxford.
